You can book a tour with partial payment as well • Full payment of tour needs to be cleared at least 3 days before travel date • In case booking is made more than 30 days in advance, excluding travel date: • 20% of Tour Cost: Initial Payment • 30% of Tour Cost: Next day of receiving Hotel Vouchers • 30% of Tour Cost: 15 days before Travel Date • 20% of Tour Cost: 3 Days before Travel Date • In case booking is made more than 15 days in advance (excluding travel date): • 50% of Tour Cost: Initial Payment • 30% of Tour Cost: Next day of receiving Hotel Vouchers • 20% of Tour Cost: 3 Days before Travel Date • If travel date is between Dec 5 to Jan 5, 20% advance option is not available, minimum advance is 50% for these dates • In case the balance payment is delayed beyond due date (without authorization from SMT Travelz), trip is considered as cancelled and general Cancellation Policy applies • In case you are given an option to pay the balance amount to Cab Driver, the amount needs to be paid by Cash (INR) to driver at the time of pickup • For Cab Only bookings, additional terms can be found here • For group tours with more than 7 guests, SMT Travelz may request the balance payment earlier than the due date, as few hotels take full advance payment for group tours
